Being a permanent staff means that the Company will not be paying us our lodging anymore. My residence here in the heart of Jalan Orchard is numbered. So, off we went skipping to look for a little unit that we can stay and hopefully it is near amneties with dirt cheap rent. Haha.....
Unfortunately, current rents are a wee bit tad high and it is slightly beyond our budget. Yesterday, an agent callled us for a viewing of a unit that is rather empty but rent is good. Some advice we received were why pay more for fully furnished units when we can buy our own and it is our property. True oso...
So, this is the unit that we saw. Whatever furniture n electrical items in d current state is wat we are getting. Any others.. will have to be foot by us. Btw, d rooms are air-conned.
