Wicked People

Mummy says there are wicked people in this world.

Couple of months back, mummy was having a green finger frenzie. She planted coriander, four-angle beans, spring onion, potato leaves and other leafy vegetables. She planted them in make-shift boxes. She bought good grade soil and watered them daily. We had quite a good harvest and was enjoying the fruits of mum's hard work. We were eating real organic vegetables with no pesticide whatsoever. We practically just pluck the leaves, give it a rinse and stuff it into the mouth and munch. It was that "clean".

Until, one day, someone was thick skin enough to invite themselve to have a share on our little vegetable patch. If only they would have asked and we're glad to share but nooo...... this bugger wants some excitement and thus pluck our veges in haste (for fear of being caught in the act) and caused a mess in the garden. He upset the soil and uprooted the vegetable and left it to the punishment of the scalding midday sun. Mummy got so angry that she moved some of the boxes away from the fence except for the biggest patch cos it needed the fence for the crawlies like the four-angle beans. This bugger was so angry that we have cut off his supply he decided that if he can't have it, we can't have it too. He poured poison into that patch and ALL of the plants went kaput....... withered away and died. No more organic food!!!

And so...... there are wicked people in this world.
